Parking

On street parking is available on Middle Avenue and Third Street near the Administration Building.  Parking is free, but there is a two hour limit.  Parking tickets in the city of Elyria are $20.00. 

  Free public parking is also available in a parking lot located on the corner of Middle Avenue and Third Street, across the street from the administration building.  Most spaces in the lot have a two hour limit.  Some of the spaces have a four hour limit, and are designated by posted signs.  The lot is monitored and violators are towed.  Parking is no longer available to the public in the county parking garage attached to the Administration Building.
